As the owner of Rundorff Land Realty, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers navigate the Upstate South Carolina land market — including timberland, commercial, recreational tracts, hunting properties, farmland, rural homesites, and family estates.

My connection to the land started early. Growing up around forestry, I watched my father spend over 30 years as a forester and counting. Through him, I learned to recognize the value of land, and appreciate the long-term potential that every property holds.

That appreciation for the outdoors shaped who I became. As a teenager, I earned the rank of Eagle Scout, developing a deeper respect for conservation, stewardship, and the natural world. Later, I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a degree in Landscape Architecture — a background that gives me a unique perspective when evaluating land. I don’t just see lines on a map; I understand how a property functions, how it can be improved, and what opportunities it may offer for generations to come.

When I’m not walking properties with clients, you’ll likely find me outdoors with my wife and our three children — camping, exploring, and enjoying the same woods and landscapes that inspired me from the beginning.
